1、收膏率比多功能提(ti)取(qu)罐提(ti)高(gao)10-15%,药(yao)膏内含有(you)用成分(fen)高(gao)1倍以上(shang),由于在(zai)提(ti)取(qu)过程中(zhong),热的溶剂(ji)(ji)连续加到药(yao)面上(shang),由上(shang)至下(xia)高(gao)速(su)通过药(yao)材层(ceng),溶解(jie)药(yao)材中(zhong)的溶质(zhi),药(yao)材中(zhong)的溶含量(liang)与溶剂(ji)(ji)中(zhong)溶质(zhi)含量(liang)保(bao)持了高(gao)梯(ti)度,药(yao)材中(zhong)的溶质(zhi)高(gao)速(su)溶出,直(zhi)至完(wan)好溶出,则(ze)有(you)用成分(fen)提(ti)取(qu)率高(gao),浓缩又在(zai)一套(tao)密封设(she)备中(zhong)完(wan)成,损失(shi)很小、转化率高(gao),故收膏率高(gao)、药(yao)膏里有(you)用成份含量(liang)高(gao)。
2、由于溶(rong)质高(gao)速溶(rong)出,提(ti)取时间(jian)短,浓缩与提(ti)取同步进(jin)行,故药(yao)材到(dao)浓缩药(yao)膏只需7-8小(xiao)时,设备利(li)用率高(gao)。
3、设(she)备单一、占地小、设(she)备利用率高,故投资省(sheng)。
4、提(ti)取只加1次溶(rong)(rong)剂(ji),在一套密封设(she)备内(nei)循环使用,药(yao)渣里的(de)溶(rong)(rong)剂(ji)基本上能回收出来,故溶(rong)(rong)剂(ji)用量(liang)比(bi)多(duo)能提(ti)取罐少30%以上,消耗(hao)率可(ke)降低50~70%,这为用有机溶(rong)(rong)剂(ji)提(ti)取、提(ti)纯药(yao)品中有用成分铺平了道(dao)路。

将药(yao)材投入提(ti)取(qu)耀内,力(li)II药(yao)材的(de)5~10倍的(de)溶媒如(ru)水、乙醇(chun)、甲醇(chun)、丙酮(tong)等(据工艺要求(qiu)),开(kai)启(qi)提(ti)取(qu)罐(guan)(guan)直通和夹套(tao)蒸(zheng)(zheng)汽阀门(men),使提(ti)取(qu)液加热至沸腾20~30分钟后,用抽滤管(guan)将1/3提(ti)取(qu)液抽入浓缩(suo)器(qi)。关闭提(ti)取(qu)罐(guan)(guan)直通和夹套(tao)蒸(zheng)(zheng)汽、开(kai)启(qi)加热器(qi)阀门(men)使液料(liao)进行(xing)浓缩(suo),浓缩(suo)时产生二(er)次(ci)蒸(zheng)(zheng)汽,通过蒸(zheng)(zheng)发器(qi)上升管(guan)送(song)入提(ti)取(qu)罐(guan)(guan)作(zuo)提(ti)取(qu)的(de)热源和溶液,维持提(ti)取(qu)罐(guan)(guan)内沸腾。
二次蒸(zheng)汽继续上(shang)升,经(jing)冷(leng)凝器(qi)冷(leng)凝成(cheng)热(re)(re)冷(leng)凝液(ye),回落到提(ti)取(qu)(qu)(qu)罐(guan)(guan)内作(zuo)新(xin)溶(rong)(rong)剂(ji)加到药(yao)面上(shang),新(xin)溶(rong)(rong)剂(ji)由上(shang)而下高(gao)速(su)通(tong)(tong)过药(yao)材(cai)层到提(ti)取(qu)(qu)(qu)罐(guan)(guan)底部,药(yao)材(cai)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)可溶(rong)(rong)性有用成(cheng)份溶(rong)(rong)解于提(ti)取(qu)(qu)(qu)罐(guan)(guan)内溶(rong)(rong)剂(ji)。提(ti)取(qu)(qu)(qu)液(ye)经(jing)抽滤管抽入(ru)浓(nong)(nong)(nong)缩(suo)(suo)器(qi)、浓(nong)(nong)(nong)缩(suo)(suo)产生的(de)(de)二次蒸(zheng)汽又送到提(ti)取(qu)(qu)(qu)罐(guan)(guan)作(zuo)热(re)(re)源(yuan)和(he)新(xin)溶(rong)(rong)剂(ji),这样形成(cheng)的(de)(de)新(xin)溶(rong)(rong)剂(ji)大回流提(ti)取(qu)(qu)(qu),故药(yao)材(cai)中(zhong)(zhong)溶(rong)(rong)质(zhi)密(mi)度与溶(rong)(rong)剂(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)含溶(rong)(rong)质(zhi)密(mi)度保持(chi)高(gao)梯(ti)度,药(yao)材(cai)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)溶(rong)(rong)质(zhi)高(gao)速(su)溶(rong)(rong)出(chu),直至完好溶(rong)(rong)出(chu)(提(ti)取(qu)(qu)(qu)液(ye)无(wu)色(se)),此时,提(ti)取(qu)(qu)(qu)液(ye)停止抽入(ru)浓(nong)(nong)(nong)缩(suo)(suo)器(qi),浓(nong)(nong)(nong)缩(suo)(suo)的(de)(de)二次蒸(zheng)汽转送冷(leng)却器(qi),浓(nong)(nong)(nong)缩(suo)(suo)继续进行,直至浓(nong)(nong)(nong)缩(suo)(suo)成(cheng)需要比重(1.2~1.34)的(de)(de)药(yao)膏(gao),放(fang)出(chu)被用,提(ti)取(qu)(qu)(qu)罐(guan)(guan)内的(de)(de)无(wu)色(se)液(ye)体,可放(fang)入(ru)贮罐(guan)(guan)作(zuo)下批使用,药(yao)渣(zha)从出(chu)渣(zha)门排掉(diao),若(ruo)是用有机溶(rong)(rong)剂(ji)提(ti)取(qu)(qu)(qu),则先加适量的(de)(de)水,开直通(tong)(tong)和(he)夹套蒸(zheng)汽,回收溶(rong)(rong)剂(ji)后,将渣(zha)排掉(diao)。
